MISMO Launches New Group Focused on Agricultural Finance Standards

WASHINGTON, D.C. (January 10, 2025) – MISMO®, the real estate finance industry's standards organization, issued a call for industry professionals to join a new group focused on standardizing data utilized by the agricultural finance industry. The effort aims to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and facilitate the exchange of information, thereby benefiting all stakeholders participating in the life of a farm loan. 

The new Agricultural Finance group will leverage MISMO to develop universally adopted datasets that support the agricultural lending industry with loan origination, onboarding, and servicing processes.

Individuals interested in participating in this group who are already MISMO members may join the collaboration site that has been established on MISMO Connect. Those who are not members of MISMO but would like to participate should email [email protected].
