MISMO Seeks Public Comment on Two MISMO Engineering Guidelines

MISMO®, the real estate finance industry's standards organization, today announced that it is seeking public comment on MISMO Engineering Guidelines (MEG) 16 and 42. The 30 day public comment period for these guidelines runs through December 30, 2021.
The MISMO MEGs ensure that MISMO work products adhere to all applicable technology standards, are produced in a consistent fashion, and meet the needs of the mortgage industry.
MEG 16 provides a detailed definition of the contents of the MISMO Logical Data Dictionary (LDD), which provide a business-friendly format for the terms, definitions, and relationships in the MISMO Reference Model. It also codifies the process for submission of any new LDD content through the MISMO Information Management workgroup.
