MISMO residential standards and resources include:

• The Residential Reference Model is the foundation for most MISMO standards and for many MISMO-based proprietary products such as the GSEs' Uniform Mortgage Data Program (UMDP^®) exchanges. 
• The Enhanced Logical Data Dictionary is an updated and user-friendly resource for business and technology professionals.
• MISMO Datasets offer business domain specific views of the residential standards.
• MISMO's Entity Relationship Model (ER Model) is designed to improve how mortgage organizations store and manage data built using MISMO standards. 
• Implementation Guidance to facilitate standards adoption to solve pressing business issues. 
• MISMO offers residential resources other than datasets and models.  These resources may come in many forms such as templates; use cases; and more.
