Getting Started with RON

RON Compliance Guide

The MBA team has prepared a comprehensive state-by-state guide for the states that have enacted RON legislation. These reports are available to purchase as a full set that includes the requirements for all states with RON laws or an individual state basis.

RON Development Workgroup

MISMO has an effort underway to review our RON standards and update with information learned since the original publishing.

The group meets the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month.

Bill Tracking Report

The Pennsylvania Association of Notaries publishes a Bill Tracking report that can be downloaded to review and see which states have legislation in flight related to eClosing, eMortgage, or RON.
